The client came to us with some personal issues. She was unhappy in her marriage, living away from her home in Brazil and was experiencing huge amounts of cognitive dissonance in her thinking and behaviours. She had a guaranteed job in New York and she wanted some clarity over where she was going in her career and life.

We based our sessions around making decisions, getting clear what mattered, what she needed to let go and who she needed to be for herself. We moved quickly on leadership and communications planning out a plan for her to beginning to live the life she was destined to create.
She learned leadership is a form of sales and sales is a form of leadership.
With the help of our sessions, the client gained clarity. She resigned from her job here in Australia, got divorced and started a new position was a large bank in New York. She is now much closer to home, thriving in her current role and feels more aligned with the North American attitude. She is happy with where she is and who she is.
